Dreambox on standby cant open

hello

i brought dreambox 500+ yesterday and flashed it but when i connect it with my tv it comes dreambox logo and nothing happens the light on dreambox front is red and green which means its on standby i have tried to put power on and off but it does not help i have also checked cables everything is there

Reflash it with a serial cable and use pli jade image.
