Put flux on complete EDC board, and reflow complete ECU.
Problem is VIA.

Hi.
I have EDC16C39 0281012193 ECU not driving 1 and 4 injectors.
The engine is running but only 2 and 3 cylinders are working.
EDC Lamp is ON.
I have checked all transistors, diodes, fuses and they are all good.
Replaced Mosfet driver IR20153S that was driving a transistor which powered 1 and 4 injector +.
Replaced Bosch 30520 (IC driving injector mosfets).
Finally i thought that it could be a bad joints under MPC562...
I have reballed MPC and soldered it back - still not driving 1 and 4 injector
Any advice?... what can it be?

This ECUs are very fragile.
If You bend pcb too much it's over.
I have 2 or 3 ecus broken like this and never repaired it because the problem was in the PCB.
The only way is to buy a second hand ecu and clone it by BDM.
Regards
any fix problem? same problem now
thx guys
LOL so im not the only one , i have 1 ecu also just driving 2 injectors and other one driving no injectors . did it all replaced the 2 big transistors ect basicly replaced all the transistors even the diodes and the didodes that looks like eeproms and the 2 bosch chips . reflowed yhe whole board even compared a working ecu components placing and values . can not find any fault . my only conclusion is that when it was opend the 2 boards made a seperation between them and lost contact ore something like in post #6 . now i have more spares woopy
