has anyone had luck installing this, when i try to run it I get an error that it can't find the path for the incident reporting.
I just got it, had to move some files around from previous installation

I had to find the directory "drumroll" which must have installed with ddrs but in the wrong spot, I just moved them into the directory that the error said it couldn't find

If I understand DDDE works in tandem with DDDL or DDRS 7.00
