hi my freind i have bougt a diagun 3 this month from china and when i started it i find demo and obd2 only no software i regestred it in his site but the problem with ip limite so can you help me freind thank you .

Call your china dealer or next time buy device from local dealer to avoid problem like this.Also for all other be carful with Diagun III from china dealers,
if something go wrong (like IP limit) than no chance to get the software and you can use device only for demo and OBD!!!
Or you can donate device to kindergarten for playing.

you can use proxy to change the IP,this might be helpful to avoid IP limits.Or you can ask your supplier to reund :-)

Speak to your supplier tell him/her to get the region an language activated if good supplier does this for you expect upto 48hrs / 2 working days to activate account / unlock ip limits

i had this recently with a diagun just my supplier forgot to activate before shipping

I think the chipset is labeled by launch for X431 V, idiag or dbscar
