Trim Files for CAT Caterpillar Injectors

can someone tell me how these files are different than trim codes like 5232 or 6999?

These are injector codes for 3406E and C-15 but not for the C15 acert. the 5232 is the best, the 6999 makes more smoke but no more power.

The acert engines use a trim file and a conformation code.
You cannot change fuel flow on a injector like a 3406E and C-15 with injector codes.

I havent tried replacing CAT injectors. May I ask what the effects are on the engine if injectors are replaced without programming the trims on the ECM? Will it damage the engine, low power, smoke?

Only do reduce power engine up to 2-6% when full load/ stall engine rpm, because influenced by each initial information from injector to electronic control module

find the trim file in the list, look it up on sis or if you find the rar list here, open it with notepad and the ecode is near the injectoe number at the top of the file with<> around it

you can change the flow on the accert injectors if you can find a high flowing one and then set them all the same
