Do you know how bad you look? You didn't even ask for the whole file. Your a terrible actor.
I guess thats what you call doing it big time in pull-ups.

    Seriously 1/2 byte? <wrong it's BASE64.
Do you know anything about coding? Tell me what kinda of data it is.. Then share with dk what the data is?
What angle do you cut 3406E needles? What is the minimum leakage allowed by factory between the needle and housing?
In PPH what does a 248-1394 flow, highest to lowest point?
What PPH size of tip do you need to achieve 998cc.<600hp rating. What is the leakage allowed by the spill valve?

I think your dumb for trying to prove a point that can't be proven (trying to make you look better)Since you insist on voiding the question. What is the data. (whole function)

It's not about egos! Were talking about injectors!

When working with Tip that flow 12 kilo/min you get a very large % of fuel variation at 18mm of Rack by way of Trim. In comparison to a STD C15 with 2.828 Kilo/min with 11 mm of rack.

You can talk about the data block anytime you like!!!
Changing the Serial # in the Trim file "Additional Information" block does not alter the data block or the serial within the data block hence ET shows all the same serial.
However the Oscilloscope will show the wave form and its variations in Pilot Injection through to its Post Injection depending on what Flash file its using and what Trim file you use. What the trim file can do and what the Flash file uses can be two different things as Cat does not in most cases use all of its Patent functions.
If you didn't go to university for this you shouldn't bother.... I wanna talk data of the injector? Oscilloscope theres no need for that if you can open/read/etc. The oscilloscope is a built in function. We could talk about the 22 point break down of what you see on the oscilloscope but we would be going backwards. We've moved passed that were on the data now I feel like im saying the same thing over and over because I am.
You say it's time consuming to get them all on the same trim, I ask what are you doing wrong? Are you reusing parts or do you at least send them out to get changed to a better specifiation of your liking?

I don't know where you think I buy my stuff from but I can bet its not from where you think!

My biggest question is if you're so good why doesn't everybody know about you? If you knew you were good and everyone who bought your stuff knows it than it wouldn't take long for everybody to want your stuff.

Unless your name is Louis then I have no idea why you're so cocky.
My apoligies, your emotions were not coming out of the post like this one. So, I am afraid to tell you It's after the injector is complete that the trim coding comes in effect.
    Louis? Can't say I know a Louis.
Everyone would want my stuff? I'm not some kinda slut.
stuff. I'll stuff it in. looks like it needs a new plug.

Underpsi, do you know who does the casting for the injectors? Because if you did you would want alll his stuff! lmao.
I'm not trying to sell injectors on dk. DUH!

    Far_Call,

Do you sell single injectors, or only in sets?

Your pedistle must be a booster seat. I can't belive you got 2 "thanks". Seeing that I shared 30,000 files and this being one of them you could have looked it up on DK.
    You must be real clever
So, that being said it was a random file selectednaw naw naw nuh.

The cat sdp trims are a little different the files start with 6c. The rack measurement Is way higher when watching stats. I wonder why? I know the fuel pump flows twice the flow rate. But the rack movement why?

We can all overhaul the injector to make them all flow identical cc to within as much % as you like but that defeats the purpose of the trim codes and whey they were introduced.. ...The means of electronically adjusting the injector allow for variabilities in manufacture.
The trims also allow for adjustment due to normal wear, no?
