    Default FUEL SYSTEM

Sorry I have missed Unit3-Lesson2. Here it is: Lesson 2: Hydraulic Fuel Ratio Control
    EXTRACT
When the engine is operating with a load, the amount of rack travel in the fuel ON direction is automatically limited by the Air Fuel Ratio Control until the turbocharger speed and inlet manifold pressure is adequate to give complete combustion. This usually occurs by approximately 50% of rated boost and no further restriction occurs. The Air Fuel Ratio Control limits the amount of fuel to the cylinders during an increase of engine speed (acceleration) to reduce exhaust smoke.

    Default MACHINE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

    Overview
This course is designed to teach the system operations and the testing
and adjusting procedures for the pilot operated hydraulic system, the load sensing, pressure compensated (LSPC) hydraulic system, the electro-hydraulic system and the hydrostatic system. Students will identify the system components, state the component function and trace the oil flow through the component. Students will also identify the different systems, trace the oil flow through the systems and state the systems operation. When given the appropriate Service Manual and machine, students will conduct the testing and adjusting procedures as stated in the manual.
