    Default Energy Bars

    1. Pre-heat oven to 170?C. Line a 20cm x 30cm lamington tin with baking paper.
    2. Combine flour, baking powder, Weet-Bix, oats, sugar and fruit and nut mix.
    3. Mix together egg, So Good, margarine and honey, then combine with dry
    ingredients. Press into prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
    4. Cool, then cut into bars.

    anyone else thinking, "add 1/8 of amphetamine" has been missed off that list?

    I use nearly the same recipe, but add a chocolate mixture made from raw cacao butter and powder - it's not quite 1/8 amphetamine, but hey it's chocolate :P

    will have to make a stack load of these for next time i go climbing but i would probably add more chocolate for energy

    I also would add a table spoon of protein powder!
