    Default Audi A6 2.5 td error 01126

    Hi, help with A6 2001, 2.5 motor.
    On scan , got error:
    01126 - Engine Speed Signal
    16-00 - Signal Outside Specifications
    Car starts only with starting fluid with much more smoke as usual. Thied to change crankshaft sensor, but nothing changes.
    on live parameters got strange:


    Address 01: Engine (4B2 907 401 B)

    19:34:46 Group 004: Start of injection - Full load-4000rpm-85*C
    812 /min Engine speed 3800-4200 rpm
    12.0 ?BTDC Spec. start 10-14 *BTDC
    0.0 ?BTDC Actual start 8-16 *BTDC
    4.3 % Cold start valve

    Where could be problem ?

    Hi, check mark the crankshaft. Usually a problem in this.

    hi, what you mean "MARK"
    Car was ok, but one day stopped start proprtly, and today stop start at all. only with starting fluid.

    Thanks, broblem was in timing belt.
    Problem solved
