Do u need lift pins, remove components, etc??

I found connect points on back of cb. No need to remove parts.
Here is the dump - can anyone clear this? I need confirmed fix since car is far away...

Hello,
i have the same unit and reading not possible. I tried with 3 programmer ultraprog, carprog, and upa.
Carprog give forst error: Unknown unit already runig or No device attached or No answear from Device.
UPA can not read and ultraprog dont start when conect to unit.
All connection are ok. What can be problem???
