I have a picture from the interface. One capacitor have 35V and 2 have 16V.Can i use it on trucks?
I readed about a guy who had an autocom trucks with one capacitor 25V and 2 = 16V. On his interface the capacitor with 25V was burned on truck.
My interface has the same 35v capacitor as yours but your 2 16v mine are 25v I would not risk it without up rating these first

if you have already installed it with a 30971 serial number .. what are the steps to reinstall it for use on both car and trucks basically will reinstalling it overwrite the the serial or the serial number change program has to be run 1st to get it to 30250?
Is the final result same Hd , 2 installs 2 shortcuts , one for cars and one for trucks?
You will have to change the serial number in your unit to 30250 then install cars with that serial then install trucks. They both run on same hard drive just 2 shortcuts

ok great and the option to change serial number is via soldering the AT chip and editing directly or use the prog on here to do that ? on another thread many members had problems using the program to change serial , is that all resolved now ? has anyone done it successfully?
why change serial number?
solution from smokey works without change anyting
Mine working with trucks.Tested on MAN TGA obd16pins.
capacitors: 35v 16v 16v.
First capacitor is important for trucks
Only serial number 30250 working on both, cars & trucks.
Working on 2011.3 too, and delphi last version too.
10hours of testing , i'm so tired.
