After 2007 to programme Honda you need 7th generation software the last updated softwre on x100 pro is 4th generation on Europe cars, Which year Honda you programmed, from 2007 Honda push start need software from 7th generation software, how did you programme this car when the software not available?

I think you mess up immo generations with models generations. For id48 you need 3th gen(there are some exceptions) and for id46 - 4th gen. 2007 is id46 so - 4gen and x100 pro covers it.

Xtool and OBDStar are different companies. Both of the X100s are updateable through their manufacturer's website.
There's an older version of the OBDStar tool which can't be updated, as it's discontinued(I think it was the one without "PRO" in it's name).
Xtool tool is a little bit cheaper and covers immo+odo functions. Maybe it has a bit smaller coverage catalog and also the catalog is scrambled and harder to find what you're looking for. It is working good though.
OBDStar tool has 3 versions - only immo, only odo and immo+odo. And the latest release of the immo+odo has also eeprom adapter included. Has a good menu speed with more optimised catalog of the cars. It's a little bit more expensive...

In the end just get one of them and start working. Differences are not significant.
