only in one place in China is manufactured the DP3 clone tool
so buy from trustful seller and thats it...

I believe its all the sw just no cables. I wound up ordering the full version so I got all the cables. I've tested it on a 11 VW CC, clock/service/dtc clear, 2011 w212 clock/service/error clear, 2008 Audi Q7 Clock/service/error clear. Have also tested it as regular programmer reading 93x and 24x series eeproms. Reads very fast and is accurate as well. I gotta say clone wise its very good. Even though I have other tools that are expensive and original, this is just a new toy for my collection. I like the fact that updates are free, and if you look at it like the price of the tool is the price of most updates from our original tool providers its worth it.

Heres 2 quick examples, Audi A4/a6/a8 2012 that update 500eu from enigma/dp3 - this pays for it alone. Mercedes, now granted before I tried it on the w212 I already backed up the dash/cgw eep and flash and had virgin ezs file. But still it worked like a charm. The only thing I dont like about MB and the way it does can blocker is that it puts it to 1.6m km, I know many people do this anyways but I prefer not to.

My clients all know now when they get a new MB to come and see me straight after delivery, I do most MB's now with less than 500 miles on the clock. I'll take the car and from minute 1 stop sync with clock and ezs. Now if for some reason the dealer does do a reflash and mileage comes back, well its only gonna match up to his dash, nothing shady gonna change. On the plus side, when i stop sync with 500miles on the ezs or even something with a bit higher mileage I like blocking it on the lower end. When the customer goes to return his lease or sell the car and wants to set it to xxx, well if he has 42k on the car and wants it to be say 25k no problem. I just set the programming to do dash and unblock sync. So now the communication is back, the ezs just went from 1000 to 25k and everything matches perfectly. I'm sure theres a few smart people in here who do it this way, or is it just me LOL.

I'll tell you a funny story, had a new good friend from the phillipines who just bought mb commander, also has enigmatool. He had his first w221 to do and was a bit nervous, so I offered to teamview in and show him the procedure with mb commander. Very strange, those w221 in the phillipines that cost 3x the amount then here in the US have really shitty features. I mean the thing didnt even have tyre pressure feature. Anyways programming went good except since he didnt have an external charger he used a live car with jumper cables to keep the voltage up. Unfortunately the car was a KIA and for some reason or another it kept on screwing up the reading. Finally I said screw it and we'll just do it ignition on and no jumpers, the w221 has 3 batteries anyway so the accumulator usually dosent flatline. Long story short everything wound up going well so people help your fellow enthusiasts. This guy was so nice he made me an entire set of UPA adapters for free, even made me a UPA to Enigma adapter so i can use any of my enigma cables with the UPA.

if you need you could do all the cables
they came without pdfs....
but is only obd, so is easy.
you could ask to ecutool they provide you the pdfs
