In attach is solution how to, pictures, instructions, software, all info.
I manage to reprogram with success using a old Wiggler J-tag on LTP. Screen shot attached.

No, i say before: must be reprogrammed before counter go to 0.

I can confirm solution working !!!!! Before 15 minutes i repair my carprog.
I made my Wiggler J-tag Lpt from old part's and universal pcb , about 1 hour building process and checking the connection.

For thick people which EXCAT selection of the jtag programme is used?

Seemed to have gained umpteen shortcuts on my deskytop now!

the counter still available or removed(no counter).

after reflashing counter will never start again.

i used it for j tagging dead cable boxes

you can use it if its buffered interface.
as I know the boxes can be programmed directly on lpt port with 4 resistors.
this was my cable for flashing sat receivers
