Carprog Mcu Reflash Step by step

Hello,

My contribution for this helpful Thread!

After ask that I have problems with my carprog "pin8 have short to power"
I put hand on it and resolve this in the best way!.

So the problem is I bay a CLONE-FROM-CLONE-FROM-CLONE!!! With vary bad pcb layer
On the micro and in all pcb.
First to resolve my pin 8 problem whose the missing line on button pcb side and the hole whose not connected!
Restore all and pin 8 whose GONE GONE.
Second not read MCU Motorola or I2C or 95...., change all 74HC125D to 74HCT125M put a new cristal and condensators
And all missing resistors on my pictures and make the new connection on the power socket so that I have more space to close the carprog housing without bending the pcb.

And in the last modification is that isolate type! Is necessary IMPORTANT!, carprog have a separate GND and when put
The PCB back in the housing sometimes have problems in read some MCU or eeproms!
So I find out that the pcb in one side from the regulators make connection to the housing and make in
The same time short to the another side from the PCB!

Final Result
Without put double 74HC125M (8x) to read I2C or 95 or MCU without or with external power

My carprog read all without external power.

I already reflash my carprog 4 times without remove the atmel and I don't have any problems until now, works well with eeproms and mcu's, some problems with dashboards and airbag mdules, just like xprog-m clone: sometimes you need to try 2, 3 or 4 times to read/write or verify. BR...

J'ais realiser un jtag et connecter carprog comme indique ,dans h flascher il trouve le target arm7TDMI LITTLE ENDIAN?MAIS PAS LA FLASCH,

PROBLEME RESOLU

dans configuration ,j'ais regle init tcp sur 1MHZ et pgm tck 1Mhz,la flasch est reconnu

j'ais pu envoyer le fichier ,remis l'eeprom et ca roule

note ; meme avec la patte 55 DU MCU non resouder ,ca marche (je l'avais oublie ),je l'ais
quand meme mis a la masse pour eviter de futur lezard .

I want to change serial number CAR prog.
I make change, add new lib file.
Run.
select any , for example airbag.
Software says - bad CRC!!!
but idont know, how calculate crc !
Anybody know?
