    by the way !
Maybe configuration of segger project writes and read different sizes of content !
Because file to flash have 1,65kb , I read flash after write and segger read 616kb , if I read sectors to give 256kb file !
Another thing , some one say that Gnd pin isin"t was conected to nothing , Wrong !
    check the pic

    At88sc is semilar to 24c1024 ?!!
I use willem to read it and it give all FF FF FF.
I found AT88sc dump in web , but I try to write it and willem says "ACK comand error " same error as 24c02 is burn or dead

you had no reason to try to read at88sc
its documented not to try to do this otherwise you kill the contents
only option for you now is to buy another carprog unit

Finnaly I could upgrade my carprog using an old PC with LPT and H-JTAG, no special programmer needed
When using LPT choose manual pins in h-jtag for LPT, configure by this schematic
Left pin 55 disconnected while programming, after the job is done, put it back on GND
100Ώ and 33Ώ resistors did the job

Now if your carprog reflashed , show you unknown device , first power up with 12v external supply , and after 20 sec connect USB cable. For me this is working so i'm another happy user . Hope is usefull for somebody .

Hi, this is do to a problem of communication with your interface! first test or change the usb cable,if not pen interface and look for bad soldering point & or bad powering
(ther's a regulator for that),if also not resolved :so you can try to reflash your interface (look here in forum there's a step by step to do it),and finally if there's not a result :you must think to replace the mcu or the interface it self....regards
