hello i desesperate searching for v8.21 .bin .i read all the posts but there are just old links how not works can some body helpe me please.

And both of them are producing those CRC messages.

You must find good one bin+lib
And get OK after testing .

But first of all you have to repair your device with good chips!

I read a lot and spent a lot of time looking for carprog repair after tokens spent
I removed eprom AT88SC from board
Then lift pin 55 and connect to erase
When I connect J-Link I always have this error

If the connections ok then it seems to me that you didn't erase entire MCU.
Try again to erase and leave MCU at least 30 sec connected on Vcc

Hi,

I only had connection problems when I didn't erase the ?P correctly.

1. You need to first lift Pin 55 and connect a wire to it.
2. Then (with the other end of the wire not connected to anything, power up the board (count 10-15 seconds).
3. And then connect the end of the Pin 55 wire to 3.3 Volts and keep it there for 20 seconds.
4. disconnect the Pin 55 wire and connect your J-Tag. Power the board up and try reprogramming it.

By the way, I got mine to work now. The CRC error came from using the wrong firmware image.
A functioning version of it (8.2.1 offline) is available on this board though.

By the way, what frequency do these RFID transmitters (IR48) use?
I mean, what frequency needs the oscillating circuit be adjusted to? 125KHz?

Hi,

I have this device 020117CAR0000021.

I have two exe files - one of them also with online diagnostic, so I can read also KM od Golf VI 2014, but it cannot write - error no permision :-/

Mainly I wanted to do VW Golf 5 with micronas, but it cannot connect - no read, no write. Usually nobody have problem with micronas, or not? :-)
Neither Audi A3 2007.

Can somebody help please? Should carprog be change to another bin and lin?

Are those devices of yours cina clones? As far as I know, some online funktions do not work with the chinese clones, since the software only fakes the online connection, without providing necessary data.

Well, in this thread you find all you need to reprogramm the processor of the board.
There is another thread here called 'everything carprog' or so, that contains the actual 8.21 firmware.
But that is an offfline version. there is supposed to be a version around, which has complete online
functionality, but I do not have it, and I do not think its available for free. Someone may correct me, if I am wrong.
