    Default ethernet connection not working

    I have an itgate TGM220. So the ethernet connection is not working on my box. I no it the box cos i have an other box and connected it up and it work fine. I went to retrieve ip and it said no Internet connection. Anyone come across this issue be four and any help would be grateful.

    Maybe an image/driver issue...i would reboot everything and if this does not sort it i would reflash with the v9 and see what happens.

    Give the itgate a static ip address, if you have wireless pc, phone etc. in house there could be a conflict in ip addys.

    Got it back working its on uk V-9,Gave it a factory reset and it worked,cant get ccam on it so going to try other image and will report back

    give me a shout If your struggling i have a v9 back up with cams,just edit you cfg file.

    you just need to manually add it, rather than try using the cpanel, it will work fine

    Deeboi cpanel still works via blue button, with 2.14 ( bin+cfg) avalible

    I got the box working.I used deedoi image from 27th Jan 2012, Thanks.It was the only image that showed up when i ftp to the tmp folder,Watching the Ryder cup now so happy out.
