    Default Autocom problem

    I have problem with connect to autocom, i have install ok and drivers, but it not work with test (vci not found)

    Is my autocom broked?

    Usb or bluetooth????

    If Usb,appears in driver manager?
    It is better to arrive 10 minutes early, than to be bored all the way.

    I only test with usb but i shall test with bluetooth, i report later thanks

    if its not working with usb u have less chance with Bluetooth

    Hi,
    I installed 2012R2 Autocom CARS and TRUCKS on the same PC
    same serial 20418
    Change serial with "autocomCPD tool" but no change
    Trucks 39,071, and 30,250 cars

    also error
    "failed to load function FT_Reload"

    If USB not work, maybe your FTDI is broken.
    If FTDI is broken, need to exchange it with a new one.

    are you sure your unit is 100251 and is it connected to a car or 12v

    Yes, is the SN 100251, and the software 2012.2 is ok.

    Yes is connected to car 12v, and nothing.

    The "autocom CDP Toll" not read SN "tansmision error".

    Yes, but with 2011.3.5 the message Firmware update and I?m not update, and change the software to 2012.2, Is posible for this?

    dissasembly you device 4 screws
    separaste two mother boards
    relased 5 min assembly you autocom
    autocom now its ready for new firmware

    yes all devices whit 5 numbers serial can update
    need change serial number whit tool autocom

    new device whit 6 numbers can update this no are in black listed 1xx2x1
