Dunno what you mean, to my knowledge all the calibrations cummins has are worldwide. It depends on the ecm part number whether you have the option of an australian calibration. If you go under certificate codes on your calibrations in insite it will list the option to display all certification codes. I.e. china, mexico, aus. One of my ecms (cm870) I have only lists carb and epa cal, as that is all that is available for that ecm. But also have a cm871 (part #3689275), that lists mexico and australian calibration.

There are no australian certification codes for that ecm in the Oct. 2012 incal files. The only files that are available are for carb, epa. I know your frustration as I tried the same thing.

There are cummins engines in 2012 trucks in aust. That have no dpf but have egr. I know they will work i just need the right one. Ive been told by a good source it works.

You should be able to switch the cm number as long as ecm part number is the same.

I'm curious gearhead, as to what you mean by changing the cm number. Not trying to be a jerk, but I'm still researching this. I know it works, but the ones i've seen done are the ecm serial numbers that have the available australian calibrations. It is possible with calterm but not insite, as insite won't allow you to calibrate across ecm serial codes. It will allow you to cross cpl but not serial. As far as calterm calibration files that I don't know. But I would say it is entirely possible with calterm, if you can find the configuration file and the calibration you are looking for. From what I've seen australian trucks use different ecm serial codes than what they put on the trucks here in the states.
