Default w208 ignition off and car keep running

    Hello

    I've a problem her with a W208 this time.

The costumer said that some time ago the car starts and then when he puts ignition off and take out the key it kept running.
He tried to fix it himself and he beat the EZS to dead with an hammer, I'm not kidding...

So when the car arrived the EZS didn't turn at all.

    What I've done already:

I took the 2MCU's out and moved them to another EZS, the key turns, ESL unlocks and car starts, but if I turn off the key it doesnt stop. And if I try to put the key again it won't let me turn it untill I remove a cable from the battery. Also if I just turn the ignition on and then turn off the key it doesnt turn anymore again.

I also made a second key for it, but the same problem happens.

    (SORRY FOR LOW QUALITY)

THIS IS WHEN I TURN IGNITION ON:

AND THIS IS WHEN I TURN IGNITION OFF, BUT IT KEEPS IT ON..

Looks like MCU2 keeps alive or something. I'll also post the original dumps.

    Anyone had this problem before?

Try copying MCU1 to MCU2 and see if that helps? (Create backup obviously)
Try replacing MCU2 with new chip and program old data?

this is not ESZ problem, you can confirm removing EZS plugs when engine is running. Maybe this is a Sam problem.

unplug blower motor regulator and retest, had same problem once after replacing blower regulator with aftermarket, did'nt believe tis was the cause at first so I must have tested it 10 times.

yeah, that's true I can remove the ezs and it keeps running.

I once had a problem with a VW and it was a relay. I'll do some more tests and report.
