    Hi everyone
I have just install BBC iplayer and RTEplayer and it everything works fine, the only issue i have is the picture seems to be a bit blurry and picture could do with a bit of resizing to fit on screen. Does anyone know how to do this(couldn't see any options in plugins to do so)?

Lightbulb Install iPlayer & ITV Player on your dreambox 800HD SE

Install iPlayer & ITV Player on your dreambox 800HD SE

    First, Download the files..

    BBCiPlayer.zip
    ITV-Player-E2-Plugin-master.zip
    enigma2-plugin-extensions-et-livestream_1.0-r0_mipsel.ipk.zip

Heres the fix for everyone having trouble! (I think!)

Install the attached `enigma2-plugin-extensions-et-livestream_1.0-r0_mipsel.ipk.zip` file. (If you had problems before, this should fix it)

Unzip & Copy ITV Player and BBC iPlayer into `/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/`

    You can manually delete `/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/EtLiveStream/`
(Remove the plugin, We only installed it for the dependencies which we have now!)

Reboot enigma2 (GUI only).. and voila!

Hopefully this works for many of you having the same "non-playing" issue!

The only issue im having is the screen sizes, can any one elaborate on the fix? ie: The image is to big for the screen.

I tested this on my DM 800HD SE Clone, using this image OpenPLi-2_1-beta-dm800se-20120222-sim210-.nfi

    ----

Notes: I debugged this by telnet'ing to my box, and entering `init 4; sleep 4; enigma2` This will reboot and allow debugging through telnet..
    Then I found this error:
    Code:
Gstreamer error: No URI handler implemented for "rtmp". (12) from uridecodebin0
and then tracked down these dependancies:
    Downloading http://downloads.pli-images.org/feed...1.4_mipsel.ipk.
    Downloading http://downloads.pli-images.org/feed...-r1_mipsel.ipk.

When installing packages I always use Telnet. If the packaged failed to install the error will be shown immediately in my console which helps in debugging it.
I got both working on 2 open pli images, and debugging this way was really useful.

Hi,I am not in UK but want to connect via VPN. But before I pay somewhere or do the work I would like to know if you can see live TV. I am asking because it seems to me that it is only "on demand", am I right? I already installed the iPlayer but only see series or programes in the list, nowhere a "watch live" button or something. Can you help? If it is only "on demand" I won?t do the work/pay money for VPN.
