any body have an idea about reading mcu hc05 l28 using xprog clone thx in previos i am having message that cannot read currently this mcu using nt system if i change system from xp into 98 or milleniun can this mcu readen?

is there any way to make xprog m work under 98 or me windows because it allways shows me cannt find gdiplus.dll any help and the soft turns off ?

i want to read tms370 but always verify error ot bootloader
i did clone repair but no diference
is there some hardware repair ?
