    Default Freesat box limitations?

Hi guys, can anyone help me ease into all this sat techno stuff as I'm new to most of it - even though I've had sly through one source or another for the last 20 years (remember the days of the squariel) - as I'm not sure whether I'd be limited by getting a freesat box as opposed other starter boxes like Skybox etc?

I really need to be able to watch my sports but have had enough of being ripped off if you know what I mean.

    Many thanks

A freeSat box is what it says ... for watching FreeSAT which is the sat version of freeview.
