Today i installed Windows XP. Again.
Then i installed Diagbox. Again.
Activation failed. Again.

Now i don't understand nothing.
Some people say that internet connection must be on, some say off.
I am trying last few days with all combinations but still nothing.
However, Diagbox is working on Windows 7 and that is all i need.

You just need to burn the iso on a dvd and install from it or use daemon tools and mount the iso in a virtual dvd and install from it. Unpacking the iso to a directory and install from there does not work and give that lexia problem.

Question:

1. do i need to be connected to internet? i presume this version allows internet updates OK? but the video suggests no?

2. do i need to install......
-Driver install diagbox
-Psa Dam / Org code (Buildcode)
-TLCD fix program.

PS- what are those 3 exactly?

I installed diagbox in WinXP SP3, without an internet connection, exactly by video and everything went fine. Then update 04, 06. It works perfectly.

You need the ethernet interface to be active (not hardware disabled) but just rj45 cable disconnected, then activation will go fine. It must be the ethernet one, wifi does not matter.

If you disable the interface (red cross on device manager) then you cannot activate because cannot get mac address from the ethernet card, and that is needed data for the activation process to generate computer ID.

Just that.

daemon tools did the trick for me!!
