THE TRUTH
The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12
Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Box has had the same image on it for months, Just powered off now red light, When I power off and power on it sounds like there is no life whatsoever nothing ticking over, Read something about soldering a new part on but I ain't got a scooby how to do that
curious if original or clone, sorry to hear that m8.
Original
Is it in warranty? Replacing the capacitor doesn't work on every box.

No mate bought when they first came out
OK, then replacing the cap may be the best way forward as I know you have probably tried all the usual reflashing etc.
You need to replace the cap on the MOBO, sorry I have not got a pic to hand regards the location but it's a 220mfd/16 volt Electrolytic cap. If you leave it into any electronics/TV repair shop they should do the job quite easily for a few quid. The cap is a quid, the labour time is 10 minutes max.
I will see if I can find a board and post a pic for you with the location of the cap in question.

Cheers mate
dell had a few photos with installing internal hdd.
Sorry I don't have that particular board to hand, but made a call to a mate that has as I gave it back to him. He is not opening his box but I gave him the repair info after I looked at his board.
Luckily he had my old emails and it had the information required. You need to replace the C807 220uF 16v with a new one or I would recommend upping it to 330uF 16v cap.
