ET 2011a can't copy trim files

I have ET 2011A hooked to C-7 In a F-750. When I try to copy ECM for replacement It will not copy injector trim files. It will copy every thing else. I used nexiq and comm 3 Any ideas ?

The trim files don't copied than engine is running , try to stop engine, power ECM and than copy configuration ( fleet and ECM replacement), and trim files must be copied
