turns out if you ring people more than 5 or so times
they always seem to "be in a meeting" or its unanswerd and voicemail

so ALWAYS leave a voicemail stating your name and why you are calling
and that you WILL ring again.

like wise ALWAYS inform them you WILL call back to get hold of that person.

It will serve as punishment for ignoring and/or blocking you on Twitter
