Ford Everest keyless remote programming

HI,
Can somebody help me to program a keyless remote in this Ford Everest Truck ? The year is 2009. I searched and cycle the key from OFF to ON 8 times didn't work.
Then I was informed to cycle the key from OFF TO ON 3 times and open and close driver door 3 times ending in open. The door locks cycled from lock to unlock ( entered in programming mode ). But pressing key on remote 2 times didn't register the remote.

did you succeed in programming the remote in your car ? I have same ford everest and I need to register a new remote. Can you please share your experience ? Many thanks.
