Default Duplicate channels appear after scan

    Hi

I am not sure what this problem is. I have a dm800hd with openpli image. I have auto bouquets and Rats installed but i have a problem everytime i do a scan most not all of the time, i begin to see duplicate channels appear, e.g. If i go to the all view, i begin to see 5/6 references of sky one, sky sports 2 etc.

Some channels after a scan also stop working completely. They become greyed out and if i select the channel it says check the tuner config but as a far as i am aware its all setup currently. I go to sat finder and can receive a signal on 19.2 and 28.3.

I have used dreambox edit in the past to reload channel data and this tends to resolve the issue but it means getting the laptop out and running the software.

Is there a way i can prevent from doing this all the time?

    Many thanks

yes if you do a full scan you will get many variants of say bbc1 or 4 itv some on different tp info you can just select to delete if you wish ,i never do and just use an upto date bouquet for movement.
i think by the sound of it you are using an older channel list if channels are greyed out they have moved and not working.
was it a sat scan or auto bouquets update you ran?
