I could only find information from here:

To source a channel list or even the format it is in we would need to know what original box this is as in Cloned or a re-badged version

My satellite antenna already aligned some frequence of 28.2E.
But I can't see BBC channel. Could you give me your advice?
I'm in south France. the antenna for satellite is 110cm. and Viva HD7000.
I can't see any UK channel.

Sorry, I assume you are the specialist. I just ask your advice about the reason why i did not get the channel even if i aligned the Astra 2E (28.2e) and got the signal of the BBC frequency and respond.

    Default Vivabox setup

Quite by coincidence, I am trying to set up a Vivabox 7000HD in France as well. I got a pretty good channel list for Astra 2E, including BBC and the box worked well before the 2E signal went bad on me due to poor weather (I need a bigger dish!).

There are a few teething problems though. Its all very well having firmware upgrades via a PC or USB, but that's not much good if you can't find a supprt website. The box and instructions don't mention any manufacturer. Any ideas?

More importantly, I specifically bought this on ebay UK as the cheapest satellite FTA freeview box I could find with built in wi-fi. That's what every ebay and retailed webiste says is a key feature. Now that the Astra 2E satellite signal has gone down, I tried to set up wifi. However, the setup routine says there is no wi-fi device detected. Have I missed something?

Basically, any info at all about this box would be helpful - thanks.

I am having a big problem, I just bought a new one, and the install Antenna option is disabled.
How can I start searching for FTA channels?
Will this Firmware upgrade solve the issue? Is it the latest one?
    Any help please?
    Thank you...
