unfortunately the id is linked to the model and they have for some reason not made the id random each time.
Maybe the code in the remote is linked to the id so its not so easy to make it random - or maybe keydiy just can't be bothered to add it.
If they added an option to allow us to change the ID then we could see.
Its not 100% true, that its bot posibble to recode the nb remote . anyhow all old data from bsi is get delete when you recode new key. I think its jimmy mistake
Solution for two NB remotes we can make on other way, for second remote we can try to copy user data to new pcf7936, remove coil from pcb, than programme that pcf7936 to car, and remote will maybe work...we must try that

The best way to test this would be to use a id46 clone chip, then copy all the data / id to the clone chip - then change a byte of the ID (not last byte), then you can program the clone chip without even putting it into the remote, then try syncing the remote.
If it does not sync then the ID is linked to the remote code. This makes sure there is no issue in trying to use a pcf7936 as the car will believe the clone chip is the correct remote-transponder chip.
I programme locked remote from scarp yard with blank pcf7936, user data put in blank chip after programming remote was working, ide is not linked to remote, because I was use remote with pcf7941 locked to other car...that mean only remote bytes are in user and remote section, maybe will lose synchronisation with car because RCF setting is same in both keys

For seat i had a cordoba with 7M0 from that year, try it.
Teach in is like sharan but not on door lock, you need to make ingition on and off, pull key out and as sharan push lock button continiously and push open 3 times than release lock button.

I programmed a CWTWBU766 Subaru remote with KD900. When I went to the vehicle a 2010 Outback to programme it in I see that it requires an 8 digit code which would normally be on a sticker inside the remote. Is there any way to overcome this using KeyDIY remotes? Is there perhaps a default code we could use? Thanks
What has happened to the server??
I cant make citroen C1 key today, and a peugeot delphi FSK key was needed too.
When will this be fixed jimmy??

it doesnt seem to affect all , its not a server issue but an issue in some versions of pc software , this is preventing some users from updating the pc software and stopping some from using the 3rd party servers to generate 3rd party remotes. the fix is very simple if affected ;
1) delete the pc software from your pc
2) download a fresh software install from keydiy website
3) this will download version 1.0.2.19
4) once downloaded connect your kd unit and update via online update as normal
5) you will now have latest version 1.0.2.21 and all latest remotes
you will also now be able to generate 3rd party remotes
