Is there any written manual on adding a key to KD900 database? Few times I wanted to do it but couldn't find any information/howto.

You can't add a key. Contact with KeyDIY team - they will explain what information they need to add your key.

Does these remotes (NB11-ATT-36/46) need to be prepared first ( generate) or can be straight programmed to cars?

You don't know how KeyDIY works? Put the remote on the cable, attach cable to KEYDIY, choose a remote from the software and click "Create Key". Then go to car and program.
