buy original you will not regret it it for over 6 years superb tool your version will not connect to later car and eventually you will brick it.

I agree fully with godfathertre, when I bought it, it was only $199 US, I still get updates regularly and their support is awesome, kind of slow at times, but awesome. Its a small price to pay. If you are worried about the price, you could always charge people to use it, but it's a must-have if youre in any form of contact with VAG cars, and it will save you a LOT of money, it's essentially the same thing that dealers use. But compact and easy to use, and always supports the latest VAG cars. And not having to worry about the cable giving in at any moment is also a big relief, believe me.
