    Arrow yamaha cygnus 2010 how do i get to 93c46??

    hello dk how do i get to the 93c46 chip to read?

    yamaha cygnus x 2010
    i have taken clocks out and got to the rear of the board, was hoping to see the chip here as this is my first ever go.hehe

    i bent the lugs cant seem to get the needle off how do i go about getting this dump, its my sons bike. i have carprog and xprogm both can read this

    is there a solder connection i can make

    like i said i dont know how to strip this to get to the 93c46 and no need to desolder as they read with clip

    do i have to pull the needle and desolder the solder spot in middle of back?????????????????? will the needle come away via fork

    you have to pull down the needle so carefully, and then disassemble fully the dashboard. Then you can reach the 93c46. After calibration process you have to put back the needle to "0" position. you can do that if you power up the dashboard on the desk and after self check ended you can put back the needle to "0".
