I dont heave higher only 4.01 and 3.75.

I never haved that problem ... Did your tool was locked ? Maybe is problem in DUMP MCU.
Reflash tool with new FW via JTAG and test.Maybe your LIB file is corrupt ....
Sorry I cant help remote. And do not offer service for tool.

Can somebody check for me in device manager id of the usb drivers i mean VID_ PID_?

Its no need any driver its HUMAN DEVICE USB so XP automatic up driver.
I think u have problem in MCU FW.
Very possible u missing LIB number in MCU DUMP.Or you probe to manipulate with it ;-)

Hi.After reflashing CP unit I make counter down to 250 and after trying usb solution everything seems to be ok.
So I think this is work.Respect for You Elchip.
