Default MCU MC9S12D64 of LCM BMW e46 SW 4.5 needed

    Hi there,
my MCU MC9S12D64 of my BMW e46 LCM is burned, so i had to replace it. Now I tried to get the dump of my old MCU but it was completly defect. So I hope someone has an actual dump of the whole MCU with Software version 4.5 or earlier if there is one. I want to program the chip with my xprog-m. Maybe there can be given some informations about wirering and so on.
    Thank you so much.

    Hi!
Getting a second hand lcm with SW4.5 is in my country not so easy and cheap. So, with my xprog and the new MCU I have it's nearly priceless, if I had a flash and eeprom dump of lcm.

Its a pity, because its just the eeprom part of mcu...that i already could found, but i need also the flash part of the mcu, because there it is the program...the eeprom only contains the coding data, the mileage and the vin...but thanks also....

If there is someone with Xprog-m and a LSZ with 4.5, I can give some pictures with contacts on the board, so it don't has to be soldered directly to the chip...it's tested and works.
Please, I hope, there's someone who could help...

Anyone with VVDI that could dump the flash from a CI36/37 LCM?
I went to a guy who told me he'd program it, only to find out that VVDI apparently doesn't work with xprog BIN or C19 files since they read the whole 2mb dynamic memory block, and VVDI doesn't know how to load that to a 64kb flash (removing blank code)
