I can tell. But if somebody asks as I considered, anybody at this forum won't receive codes from me!

He means if you ask him how he does it he will tell you but then thats it he wont give you help in getting a pin again!!
Basically if he tells you how its done then its down to you in the future to deal with getting your own pin
and if your no good with a scientific calc etc.. forget it

i dont mind it.. I'd rather the knowledge and then be able to do it for myself and others if needed

Just re-read. think hes also saying that he wont then do codes for anyone else...

People learn how to decode these via hex editor, then some create the programs afterwards to do it.

I've learnt/discovered/been taught most of what I need to know but would really like to learn the vectra c DDM, REC, BCM, CIM. Investing in a UPA-USB (china clone didnt get here ) genuine is out of stock still march, then will have a go and see what I can learn. But any pointers to give me head start would be good, and then reply to other peoples need for codes

I would ask Mr Fix-It but dont want to spoil him giving codes to anyone else, if it was just me not going to get them anymore I would ask but as it would effect DK forum then no...
