Which side of EE are you on, or is it solely EE?

If you're trying to use the T-mobile side of the network, you might as well start banging your head against a jack hammer with a nail sticking out of it.

Since the merger T-mobile has had nothing but issues with the network. But they will never admit it. A friend has a Galaxy S2 & Ishite 5 both on T-mobile. Both will lose signal or suffer the same problems at the same time & recover at the same time. He called the network who said it was the software on his S2. When he pointed out that the phones worked on different software they still refused to admit it was the network.

My advice, if going with EE, only sign up with the Orange side. Far less network problems.

Upgrading your software will remove the JB.

The network should be able to send you the settings via a text.
