    Default Delphi ds150e firmware issue

I bought a Delphi ds150e with aw 2013.1 has been perfect

I have installed 2013.3 and it wants todo firmware update as expected
Mine is FW1310 and it wants to be FW1330

If fails every time on 2 different pcs I have even copied the firmware folder from 13.3 into my working 13.1 PC and it asks to update but fails still

Has anyone any ideas to help me please

    Thanks

    Woody

Hi try copying the firmware folder from 2013.1 to 2013.3 but first remane your 2013.3 firmware folder.

    good luck.

Install older version 2012.3 and copy 2013.3 firmware data into 2012.3 firmware folder then update. It should work, then uninstall 2012.3 and reinstall 2013.3. Done, firmware up to date.

One stupid question... Did you connect VCI to car or some other power supply when you try to update firmware?

    Hi
I bought a clone delphi 2013.3 serial 100251 after loading the software on my laptop widows vista I tried to use it on a car and went through the process of searching for the comport and that is always successful then it wants a firmware update but it is never successful keeps giving me the same 3 possible reasons as in the picture Woodysjw posted.
Please can anyone help with this problem.
    thanks a lot Craig
