Default Problem reading 95040 in circuit with UPA

    Happy Easter everyone!
I have tried a few times to read the 95040 eeprom in a Vauxhall UEC module but no luck.
I can read it out of circuit, but no in.
I have the proper UPA in circuit adapter.
I attach a photo of the pinout I am using.
Has anyone managed this or can help please?
    Many thanks,
    Jules.

Look at what the pin test shows, maybe there is something wrong with the power supply.

    Thanks mate.
Pin 1 says "not available" and pin 3 shows "too low" all others are fine.
Do you think I should apply 12v to the UEC while trying?

    Solved the problem.
I managed to read it in circuit with Orange 5, need to connect pins 7 & 8 together to have success.
Hope this will help others, if anyone needs underside pinout please just ask.
    Regards,
    Jules.
