    Default Help Renault kangoo 1.9d

Hello i need your help, reviews and experiences.
I have in my garage a Renault kangoo 1.9d f8q pump lucas epic. The car was in two garages before came to me, a friend give me the car to repair because he can't do it.
The car not start and in ecu (DCU3R) only have one DTC DF066 (Fuel flow actuator position; incorrect position).
The owner said that in the first garage they change 3 pumps from scrap and the problem persist, and my friend (second garage) change 2 pumps and he had same problem, the car not start and same DTC DF066.
Then now the car is my garage, i have two pumps (from my friend of second garage) and i reset memory of pump sensor (OSM), but the car continues with same problem...

Maybe i doing something wrong... the car not have inmobilizer problem, i do test with and without transponder and i see authorization start value.

    The wiring is checked too.

Can any tell me more info about this pump and OSM sensor. The car without calibrate OSM must start? i believe will must start (not idling well, maybe)

DO NOT TRY THIS. NEVER SLACKEN OFF FUEL INJECTOR PIPES ON HDI. there is enough pressure in there to KILL you. look in live data if you want to see the fuel pressure etc. The metal pipes are a one time fit only. Plus once you undo the pipe the pressure has gone so it proves nothing.

    F8Q isnt hdi
if the fuel was coming through from the pump to the injectors you can rule out an immobiliser problem, if it wasnt you could remove the sheer nuts and cover on the pump to reveal the solenoid and remove the electrical connections to it and just fit a switched live to it a

the immobiliser stops the ignition live to the pump . i think it has a advance/retard valve but also a stop solenoid which is controlled by the immobiliser / ignition switched live

i have the wiring diagram from this inyection pump and was checked. I think the fault is inside the ECU, maybe any had a similar issue.

in this injection system if even one injector have problem, ecu cut the hi presure. so the best solusion is unplug injectors and pump-go to diesel spesialist for check and if everythingis ok move to the next part.
