    If your getting that message it sounds like your timing is out m8.So you have the right com port? Box is off hit the download button and then switch on the box................

    make sure you have a lan cable connected,maybe box modem and router need powering off then on and retry.

    02122011 is the one howver iv tried the earlier one before thay aswell

    yes it needs a lan update,try a factory reset first then power off box at rear then on and retry s/w online update,maybe iconn needs powering off on a few times.

    My box kept freezing at 99% on dl update via box. First attempt for doing this, just used this guide, sw mentioned in tut and this link located in downloads. Worked a charm and just needed to factory reset, run update again via box (no freeze, just happily dl'd, unzipped and flashed) and boom back with so far no glitching! Thanks OP
