    Default newbie question A780

Having had a few Dboxes in the past, I'm no stranger to flashing firmware etc onto boxes.
I've read loads of threads about the A780 and still have one question I need answering.
My cable feed is upstairs in our main bedroom, BUT my router is downstairs in our living room, so my quetion is how would I keep a constant connection to my router via my box?
As I say I have had a few boxes in the past, including the original A700c box!
Hope someone out there can give us a definate answer.
    Cheers,
    yorkshire1

Is is possible to connect via a wireless connection? didnt know if that would be reliable enough. What sort of hardware would I need to buy for that? I'm very close to a Maplins so not a problem getting stuff. cheers for the advice so far.
