Toyota RAV4 1999-2000 Lost Keys IMMO 93LC66

Hi Guys,
I am new to this. I hope I am posting in right area.
Recently I lost my last key to my 1999-2000 RAV4
I have purchased 3 new transponder keys from a dealer. I have removed the 93LC66 serial prom from the IMMO unit and copied the code. I think the easiest and quickest fix for my situation is finding a virgin copy of the 93LC66 code and reprogramming the 3 keys as Master1, Master2 & Valet.
Would anyone out there be able to help me by sending a copy of the virgin code if they have it?
Another option would be to read the hex code from the new keys and add it in manually ? Issue is I don’t have a smart key reader to get the key codes.
