the eeprom is fairchild 93c46 and when i try to connect it rottated programer says that over current protection

It's first time i work on rotated eeprom and I dont have massive exprience yet . sorry

Sorry to bother you are u able to reset error counter in the dump , Radio is displaying Secure I will leave it on for few hours but would prefer to check if the code is correct straight away.
