Thumbs up Any fix for this please

    Initalising gone wrong

Hi all, trying to initalise pen drive and keep getting this error message.
Error Warning could not determine physical sector size for/dev/sda
Using the logical sector size (512)
Errors Partition (s) 16,17,19,20, and so on up to 64 on /dev/sda have been written, but you have been unable to inform the kernel of the changes. probably because it/they are in use. As a result, the old partitions will remain in use. You should reboot now before making any other changes. Open Vix image installed on dm800hd clone, tried numerous formatting softwares to no avail. Hoping somone can steer me in the right direction
