    Hello,

My sister has Mazda 3 that probably has a faulty pressure sensor.

Do you know if the hydraulic part of the abs pump is same on all ATE mk60?
I wonder if it?s possible to buy this and just switch the that part of the pump:

I think the experts are not sharing because they want to protect their business.

It looks like the steel tube is stuck with the black plastic. (I'm looking at the picture you posted in 2014. long time!)
Plastic should start to melt around 200-250 degrees. Can you try to heat up the steel with either flame or hot air?

    Hi mate,
I Did many units like this with bonding machine. It is the best and quality repair If you rebond the wire with a machine. But the main problem with this repair is Cleaning the substrate. You need to clean the hole ecu in a ultrasone cleaner, and unsure that to repairing place is very clean!!!
Than the job wil be 100% perfect.
A little advice. Bal wire bonding is much Bether than wedge bonding.

The problem with the MK60 pressure sensor is that the thiny alu wires which connect the sensor to the flex are broken. You'll need to replace them with a bonding machine. I have checked both ACTronics and BBA Reman refurbished hidraulycal units and they just replace those wires. But the equippment they use for such a job is very expensive. Regarding the pressure sensor what I see on refurbished units they never take apart from the alu block. It is opened buy cutting the tube at the bottom of the sensor.
I am also working to find out a solution how to open and fix them.
