I will post it tomorow ... I will try again to clean it with new fluid heated to 60?C. For now I try fluid for carburetor, oxides, universal and always heated to 60?C. With all three fluids the abs block was in ultrasonic machine for more than 1h. I don't know wat is the new fluid I asked local seler and explain him the problem so he provide me this. I will report

AC TRONIC repair MK60 with this solution :

ABS ECU BMW 1 Series AND 3 Series ATE MK 60 Hydraulic Rebuild 2 Years Warranty | eBay

The ABS hydraulic unit breaks down due to a failure of the internal brake pressure sensor. Many of our competitors will resolve this problem by assembling a pressure sensor on the outside of the unit. However, at ACtronics, we have developed a quality repair solution for the faulty, internal sensor, using our most advanced machinery.

I think just one solution : REMPLACE SENSOR

New brake pressure sensor has 4 connections....
a older brake pressure sensor has 3 connections ground(-), Plus (+) and 0-5V depending on pressure.

Do someone have connections/wiring for this new sensor with 4 connections?

And here is a fix`d unit and it has GREEN sensor, not black as original.

Solution is remove gel with tweezers and solder new wires.
I have had a bad experience with Fly ....

Use microscope, remove gel over connectors by a pincet or small tool, only remove over the broken alu.wire!
I always take away alu.wire from connector plate on pcb and unit.
Use a small knife and "scrach" on connector plates and then put some solder material on the plate.
    Use 260-300 degres on solderstation.
Use normal coper wire to replace alu.wire.
