FREEZES PICTURE ON +1 CHANNELS

Hi.. can anyone tell me why discovery history +1 and discovery science +1 freeze after about 5 seconds of trying to view these channels, the signal intensity and quality is 74% and 90%.

Can someone try these two channels on their F5 box and see if they have same issues ?
